This unbelievable, i just came by this coming back from Helena an hour ago, and all i could think of was wow, what a shot this would make! Being wound up to tight to sleep, i went to 1x.com! Oh My! I never would have thought Montana had this kind of industry..I picture it as pristine. I don't know how far Missoula is from Billings, but this shot gives me a clue as why David Lynch loves industrial shots and will travel the world to take them. The lighting on your picture is just perfect..and the smoke stands out really beautifully. Congratulations to you Doug. My best, Phyllis

Doug Roane Thanks, Phyllis - Billings is about 6 hours from Missoula and has 3 such refineries in Billings, which is Montana's largest city (but still only about 100,000 population). This is not a common site, but oil is a big industry in the state.
