Bravo, bravo!
Ovo je fotografija koja vredi, koja prica o nama, ljudskoj rasi.
Sve drugo je san, pilula za smirenje, crtez, izmisljotina...
great foto

An excellent, very strong and moving photograph of great expression and emotional impact.
I consider this as one of the most important and valuable photographs in this site.
Shows what photography is able to achieve if a master behind the camera!
Reminds me of the work of Eugene Smith:

Helmut Schadt  Dear Branislav thanks a lot for this high title.
Normally I get this only when travelling in India and Pakistan;-)

. still strong document is part of life ... this is a ritual that occurs at the late home and its full of symbolism ... tells the story of a man who was in the house with those people spent all my life .. again ... very interesting and high quality document, people sitting next to funeral caskets without words ... really very emotional ...

I would never shoot and publish images like this one !!!
SORRY but MY OPINION ! Sorry for 1x.com for publishing(((
This too much personal thing.......
Branislav Markovic Umbra  I am a friend of bereaved families and with their permission, I recorded and published the photo.
Arkad74  I do understand and I have expressed only my opinion about this photo!
I don't claim that only my opinion should be right! But as I have wrote below I don't understand it.
For me most impressed and most moving pictures showing culture, traditions and giving sad and warm emotions at the same time is posted by Vlad Dumitrescu.

He's works is really exceptional!
Branislav Markovic Umbra  It's OK, dear friend. Forum and is the place where we can set out their views. I respect your opinion, and I only tried to explain its position, because I believe that I did not frivolous and irresponsible man. Below my photos always say honestly what you think. Best regards.
Branislav Markovic Umbra  I have permission to publish. This is the only one ethnographic document. I respect your opinion ... Thanks for the comment.
begbie86  So what would you say about this photo: http://www.pinolobu.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2006/10/vietnam_girl_napalm.jpg ?

Grief is a part of life, and emotion expressed on this photo is very touchy... Great photo mr. Umbra!
Branislav Markovic Umbra  Hvala begbie...
Arkad74  So ! I have express my only opinion ! Regarding photo You have attached, it's different things -- its all about documentary issue fixing historical events.
I have brought example with Otto Von Bismarck this is much closer to my opinion than Your example!!!

I thing that this is a chip way to get emotional photo!!!! And I am not only one with it !! This is too much personal things!!
begbie86  Nevertheless, this is a photo about grief, sadness and customs of one nation and religion... Very good documentary photo, and I do respect your opinion, but I don't share it.

Best wishes...
Mal Smart  Really, why? The photo moves me, I think it a beautiful documentation of human emotion. mal
Arkad74  Mal!
It's not only my opinion that this is all about humanity to respect feeling of other peoples and empathize with them! This is grief and I think that this is not good idea to demonstrate! From my point of view it's possible to spent all day on cemetery to make photos of desperate peoples in the moment of sorrow.
I thinks that this is a chip way to get moving and emotional images !!
Just recall photographers who made some shoots of Otto von Bismarck !

My personal point of view !

I'm thinking of a photographer that shot something like this in Spain. It's obvious you are both connected in spirit. cheers

Although the lighting could be better, the core of this work is the story and it is a very compelling one.

Congrats.
