Tender subject material in low ligh and very well presented sasson. It will be nice to share in some EXIf data here.

yes low light and i really pushed my camera to the limit with this one...
iso was 1000 (there is no way i can go above that), f=3.2 and 1/30 exposure time. used 24mm with the 24-70 mm canon lens. the camera is canon 50D

sasson haviv one day full frame:) i am waiting for the possibilities it will open for me... and being able to go wider will help a lot as well. it will still take some time before i can afford one though..
for now i use my best skill ,human connection, and enjoy it :)

sasson haviv thank you my friend!! hanukkah is the Jewish festival of light celebrating the victory of a group called the macacbies over the Romans and the restoration of the temple. it is celebrated for eight days and each day another candle is added. it was wonderful to celebrate with an orthodox family as there are many beautiful songs and great atmosphere!!! Marcus is a very special boy!!!

Robert Thank you very much for your explanation. I read a lot of jewish religion but so many things i cannot understand because i need feel the spirit which is awesome i think. Thank you for let us all have a look into this very old historical religion!

thank you all i am happy this image made it. it is part of my efforts to document the Jewish faith. Marcus is a very intelligent and beautiful boy. my simple BW processing... i will upload a better processed image once i get a bit better with BW.
