hey Jacques, i highly admire your work and your style, truly truly like it. But with all honesty let me say...what were you thinking with this one? I just cannot seem to find anything good or special about it.
I looked at it over and over throughout the day thinking...I must be missing something but just can't. Sorry. HOpe you are not offended, since I enjoy your work very much. =) And I always find myself voting for your images in screening.
jacques philippe  No offense Nicolas and I think it is cool you leave such a comment. BTW Faddoush did a similar one so forgive me if I just copy/paste the reply I did to him:

I can understand that the street-poster trick can be irritating. I am personally not thrilled by the mood of this pic I must admit. But i am very happy with the composition because I think it is the almost ideal PoV for that specific situation. No wasted space, everything needed is in the frame (the poster, the guy that goes away, his luggage and the wall in between) and almost nothing else. This is thanks to the the tilt here. With no tilt you would have dead space and a weaker impact. Also the tilt makes the wall bricks joint not parallel which I like a lot here because it kinds of mimics how shouts are figurated in comics. In comparison the other pic ('fake Reality', well I am lucky today) was much easier to do - though finally I like the latest more for some other reason.

... So basically I find that be it good or bad it was a very lucky shot and successfull for that matter.

cheers
nice street capture!

Seems to be a lucky day for street in general and for you in particular, Jaques. Congratulations for the double!
jacques philippe  Thank a lot Balazs. Was lucky indeed... but I think it has more to do with screening rotation hazards.

Hi jacques,

I have to admit that this is my least favourite of your published work here.
I really do not get the story here. To me this is just an angled shot with a pov taking both the passing man and the add behind, I can not find a relation between them although the whole composition is directing me to one....may be a title could have helped in this case.

Hi Faddoush,

No problem. And furthermore I can understand that the street-poster trick can be irritating. I am personally not thrilled by the mood of this pic I must admit.
