This photograph is taken in Pol Pot's secret prison, codenamed "S-21" during his genocidal rule (1975-79). Between 1-2 million Cambodians and many thousands of foreigners were starved to death, tortured, or killed, during this reign of terror.

Wow, heel indrukwekkend hoe je op deze foto toch stiekem wat meer kan ontdekken. Ook heel beangstigend. Ik heb al meerdere foto's gezien van dit bedje, maar deze doet me het meeste. Zeer sterk. Toch vind ik het overbelichte iets te fel storen. Groetjes!

Hey Robbin, zo 1 keer in de paar maanden snuffel ik hier op 1x en nu zie ik ineens weer een foto van jou. En met recht een 1x-plaatsing, wat een knal van een foto.
Hoe luguber de achtergrond van deze kamer ook is, ik vind hem prachtig !!

robbin reumer Thanks Tamara/Vaans, it's a sort of texture/layer from one of the victims during Pol Pot's regime in 75-79, incredible atmosphere, still impressed from the 'spirits' and the sadness on that location. En leuk dat jullie het leuk vinden dat ik ook hier ben, ik was er al even, maar het valt niet mee om hier met de grote jongens en meisjes mee te doen, still trying, thanks en de mazzel, robbin
