I agree with the others it is realy impressive
perhaps lowering the saturation a little bit ? Would probably lower the first WAW impact, but would result in a more serene and inviting longtime captivation.

The motif is dramatic, maybe something of a kliché. But what makes it brilliant is the composition and the use of colours. The picture gives me a feeling of looking at a religious painting from one of the great masters. It has a timeless quality.
