Hi Monique, Let first say Happy Birthday to the cute little girl in your portrait.

I have to admit though that this is not one of your best shots of her, I do not really like the expression, and find it pretty ordinary and uneventful. Your editing and processing are whoever top-notch.

you are probably right that she has here ordinary expression---but this is exactly that what i like the most here. Because it is really hard for me to take her a picture like that---quite simple.
If she only notice me with camera she starts doing stupid things...close eyes...showing me her tounge..or etc :)))
and i wanted to take a portrait of her---just a simple portrait
and as you wrote---maybe this is not my best photo of her---but surely my favorite one :)
