after fifty years being together the lady still has a look of concern is she thinking is he alright, and the man has a look of just leave it woman , great composition I love the soft out of focus lady

This shot makes a great impression! Well done.
My impression is the dark kind; the woman looks like the skeleton, or the ghost, of herself. Which spurs the questions: are they happy? Does she live in the shadow? Just out of focus.

And it is this, I think, that makes this photo to a very good one:
Is she always out of focus?
