Morning Zen

I pass this place by train every day on my way to work. I decided I wanted to get up early and catch the sunrise, so I got up a saturday morning in April this year. I hoped for a more dramatic fog setting, which kinda creates a magic mood in this area. Unfortunately that was not one of the foggy mornings, but I got blessed with color instead...

I voted against this in screening simply because I felt the blurry feel was not appealing I still feel uncomfortable with it but congratulate you on your success.

Øyvind Idland Gerard, i actually agree. It was an accident when I scaled it, and posted it before I took notic of it (see my comment a few posts below). I am actually thinking about posting a better version, but havent decided yet. I submitted a hi-res sharp version though.

I really like the mood here ,but have to agree with Arkadius regarding the quality.I would very much like to see an improved version because I think this picture deserves it very much :)

im sorry to write that ... but the quality is really poor. no sharpness in it, in the water artfects? and the halos around the tree ^^

the atmoshere is great and a good time to shot photos like that.

And yes, it is sunrise, not sunset...

Actually, the original is sharper, but something happened when I resized it (the crop tool was set to "cubic interpolation"). I didn't see that before now!

Should I choose the "upload better version" option ?

Lars Klottrup The slight blurring contributes to the Zen-feeling, so IMO you should leave it as it is! :-)
