John Parminter  Hello debcoo, you can ask all the questions you like and I'm willing to help as I can.
Unfortunately I can't remember the settings for this as I'm away from my computer and took it about two years ago but it would have been approximately ISO 100, f/16 and shutter speed of around 1/8 to 1/20 second probably. I shot in manual exposure with a WB in cloudy likely and used a 3 stop ND graduated filter to balance the sky exposure.
I did process a bit in Elements 5 and tweaked a few selected levels layers to increase local contrast and achieve the orange and gold colours ( I sometimes alter one of the RGB colours separately to enhance a particular tone)

Well, maybe the cyan is a bit to much. But I still like it a lot, I love the reflection and the mix of warn and cold color tones. Once again, very well made :-)

A wonderful image, John, loved it in the screening, the blue is a bit too intense for my taste but a very beautiful capture anyway!
John Parminter  Indeed Codrin, normally I don't like these shades of cyan but they seemed to somehow be tamed by the orange and golds a bit..

There's so much going on in this picture, and yet it is just the right amount of information to make for a beautiful whole. You have a way with landscapes. I like this.

That's lush, John. Nice composition with the tree and the reflection and wonderful, natural color. If I ever win the lottery (assuming I ever enter the lottery!) I'm going to take a trip across the pond to see this land of yours.
