Great action shot with dramtic light and good composition. It just shows how one, a good photographer that is, can take a "inconspicious" subject and turn it into a catchy moment.

I've been trying for similar shots for several sessions [coincidentally with a D200 and 70-300 VR G]
Light has been a problem and I've been trying Nikon's CLR. Have resorted to manual [pre]focus.
Anyway - great shot - I'll keep going until I can approach this one !
