Ursula I Abresch It isn't painted in PS. Sorry to disappoint you. I rely on good ol' sunshine and my trusty macro lens + a polarizer filter. Effect? What effect are you talking about?

Tshuvi Kuba Hi Ursula,Im not disappointed at all! in fact Im really impressed! can you share what tipe of polarizer filter you are using?
It is a great photo, I love your work.

Ursula I Abresch For this one I used the Moose warming polarizer (it's the only one I have in the right size for the lens). I don't much like that particular polarizer overall though, it changes colours to the browns too much sometimes. Sometimes it works great though.

I did the other day and showed it to a group of local photographers. They were appalled because it lacked geometric lines more than because the shot was lousy (which it was).

Ursula I Abresch Geometry doesn't have to have straight lines only, right? :)
