I think its too bright. The color of the skin is weird
Mark Fleming  You are right, it is a bright image. However, it is high contrast (bright) and toned (weird color) by design. I used a cross processing technique, which tints the highlights with a yellow hue and the shadows with a blue hue.
Eivind  I would have liked it better with other color tones.
I get a "he's been modded with color dodge/burn tool in PS" feel.

I like the picture though.
