Glad to se you have not included the white border like in the other images.
This is not as easy to shoot as peolple will think. Nicely taken.

Yes, it's a life size sculpture in cast iron.

There are 100 of them spread out over the beach at Crosby in NW England. The great thing about them is that they look different every time I visit as the mood changes depending on the tide, weather and the light.
