Besides everything, I'm fascinated with that photo or picture frame on the wall. How is it still hanging up there empty like that... Great atmosphere!!

This is such a nice picture, its look like the person went out for some cigarets and never came back..!!

Wonderful shot, I love that this is in a sense a monochrome, all the color is some shade of red. The image feels like a combination of art and urban archeology; you immediately want to know who lived there and why they seem to have left in a hurry without bothering to cart the furniture away. I don't see horror -- but some sense of being inhabited by a past that hasn't fully dissolved, absolutely. Would be a fantastic book cover for a novel about memory, the inability to forget or wipe away old demons.
