Pentax K20D, F100/2,8 macro and a AF160FC ringflash. This ringflash has a great diffusor and can be set to 100% left and 50% right (or reverse). The hard part with a (ring)flash is the background, depending on the distance everything in the background is black. In this macro a yellow flower is the background. Last but not least the fly was shot in the evening/night. A cool fly can be stalked more easily.
