Great portrait! Perhaps it is more of a documentary picture. Good job to get the model relaxed and focused on his job, thought or whatever he thought about.

Great contrast and a lovely portrait of someone in his proper environment, not just a boring studio shot. I would have cropped it slightly tighter to the left, 1-2 cm.
