This picture is good with the umbrella-holder. It becomes GREAT with the other person running in front of him. If the goal of photography is to tell a story, this hits a home run for me... Maybe its because I live in rainy Portland, Oregon!

I agree with Ploon, a beautiful black and white capture. You have used the technique to good effect. Also the the leading lines of the street curb and house draws the eyes to the people and action. Perhaps going even lower would have added more drama, but I'm not sure about that. Nevertheless, great image!
