A wonderful picture of a special moment; the very first sign of goal orientation. There's only that small distance separating the baby from the teddy bear and (s)he is definitely going for it. The same principle will apply for the rest of his/her life, only some targets may appear too far away. In that sense this is a very symbolic picture.
