Absolutely marvelous portrait, right into his souls and feelings. Looks so natural. A fine portrait of an older man, where we can feel the weakening comming from the age, but still the warnth and the pride of a person with good heart.

This one jumped right out at me Fred. Absolutely incredible detail, and you've captured the emotion magnificently. The tight crop and the rather shallow dof really make you feel 'close' to him. Hope you're well.

..and two in a row FD...stay close to the door so you can make a quick exit should the swelling enforce captivity! I am a portrait man & this one really ticks all the boxes. I particularly like the way the man is looking down & even though you don't see his eyes just this gesture adds so much emotion to the image!
