Klaus Ratzer Thanks. It was not so easy to achieve this view but now even the reflections on the windows don't disturb the symmetric geometry.

Now this is what I call perfection. The lines, the tones, the point of view, the symmetry. Everything.

Klaus Ratzer And also a perfect architecture - which has been built around the plenar hall. Form follows function. The planning of the building started in the 70s by the Dusseldorf architects Eller, Moser, Walter & Partner (later renamed to Eller, Maier, Walter & Partner) and finished in 1988.
