The first second upon viewing this I thought perhaps there's too much foreground (I have much to learn..), but it quickly became clear how important that is for the composition - the heavy blacks in the upper part is perfectly balanced by the lighter foreground. Excellent timing, good planning and some good luck...

Fabio Giannelli ...other people suggested me to crop it tightly, and I must admit I thought about it at first, but somehow the cropped version seemed to me sort of unbalanced and you explained exactly why.
