A great image, Bert, a picture that speak, not loud but telling many things, many stories! Excellent work, love it!

love all those bits that can be explored visually here...lots of punch!
HenriAntoine  yep, I'm with you, you can watch this for a while indeed. Still, it's the man that makes this, without him I don't think this would make it without the man.
doro rapp  oh sure, we try to feel what it is for him...

This has loads of character the cabin mimicking the man or man mimicking the cabin & then his whole demeanour makes me wonder if he thinks he is the foundation stones of the cabin itself if in fact he is carrying the weight of the world that sort of "don't talk to me about life" attitude of course I could be wrong but I like making up stories & this image provides me fodder & yes in black & white it only adds to the mood. Good to see this published Bert!
HenriAntoine  This is the poet Paul Schwarzenberger, one of my best friends. He's a cheerful guy with deep deep inner life.
gerard sexton  Glad to know I am not always right I hope you aren't offended by my suggestions? if you are please accept my apologies.
HenriAntoine  not at all Gerard, if there's anyone fond of stories then it's Paul. Have you seen my little series on epz with photos of daughter with Paul's poems on them? Not an OE thing, but worth a visit.
gerard sexton  Sehr gute! Ich kann sprechen ein bisien deutsch lieder es nicht so gute!

I like the one Mummies gone and bought a tattoo!

A lot of interest to me. love the texture. Would loose a lot of interpretive flavor if done in color...B&W allows me more involvement.
HenriAntoine  I agree John, the B&W gives this the timelessness that it needs. The scene is timeless in itself perhaps but all the little bits of modernity here would be distracting in color.
