The superb sharpness of the subjects against the soft background makes them appear to be about to leap from the image.

I agree...the difference between the sharpness and the softness...I love it...but it is the work of the lens and not realy mine :-)

C'était l'occasion de tester du nouveau matériel et je ne suis pas déçu. Un bokeh comme j'aime, une gestion du flou comme j'aime, un piqué comme j'aime...bref la classe!
