This is nice. I tried a shot like this last month, lay in the snow for ages, bracketed my heart out with my E100VS - but I just couldn't get it to look right. With all combinations of exposure and depth of field.

I was going to try and work on it some more - but after seeing this one. I won't bother. ;-)

I have to say that I was pretty lucky with this shot. I spotted that on a back road while driving around. I stopped and took a few pictures, this was the best one. This is almost right out of the camera, almost no editing. I guess I was at the right place at the right time to get just the perfect lighting for it. :)

Alain, this image is from a disarming beauty. Everything is soo perfect it looks unreal. Such harmony - but at the same time contrast - between the very soft tones in the whites of the snow, and the pin-sharp grphic of the plants.
