Well, that's just plain *offensive*... Bravo! Excellent, excellent image. I admire the cutting off of the human figure, it dehumanizes the entire operation in a totally visceral way.

Excellent reportage type image... very strong very shocking as it should be.. I am not a vegitarian.. now considering becoming one.

Bob Dylan in 'Time out of Mind' said that behind every beautiful thing there's some kind of pain. These creatures have been slaughtered for someone's pleasure. Your picture says something important and makes me stare at my own conflict with questions regarding vegetarianism and nonvegetarianism. Have turned vegetarian thrice only to reconcile with my nature. I can eat meat, enjoy it too but cannot hurt an animal. So this picture disturbs me...

Mario Jean Kids in our modern society often doesn't even know that pork is in fact pig.
That says a lot about our tendency to ignore the things that bother us in our comfortable lives.

gruesome picture. prefer to just see them as chops on my plate and be hypocritical about it lol. but it is really terrific. love the composition/framing you chose, keeping the person anonymous, which even enhances the 'affection' for those pigs.
