Is Canon better than Nikon. Is Nikon better than Canon. Which lens is better. I am sure the pixel peeper have an answer. Oh yes full frame is really better. Well that depends on how much you crop and how big you want to print.

But this ultra fantastic photograph proves that the argument is meaningless. This has everything. Mood, architecture, people, landscape, lighting; it's all there.

Where is Bruges? What country or City? Would you provide some details on how you took this and how you manage to get the person in the photograph as well?

Did you originally shoot this in color and desaturated it? What editing was done and what editor did you use?

I have seen a lot of great photos here but this ranks with the best of the best.
