David, I agree with Ralf about "it's a little too bright in the upper center area". But may I do a suggestion I should crop the shot just about the upper part ot the sink evacuation (Sorry, I am a scissor man that want always to crop something). The lower part of the shot is more interesting that the upper one. You may retain a little white triangle to give a bit more contrast. Let me know...Fernand.

This black and white has a quite good contrast and range of tones. The pillar of water is pretty cool, but this is close to being too common because of the motive, I think almost everyone with a macro lens have tried this! Maybe it's a little too bright in the upper center area.
