The sea is the North Sea at Katwijk aan zee.
with the 70-300 mm.

1 / 320 sec

Manual

Pelican was made in the Zoo.
116mm
1 / 640 sec.
F/8.0
iso 200

I have the photos in Raw photographed and edited with layers in Photoshop CS3.
The Pelican is selected and put into the sea.
Water drops and added something mirroring of the Pelican in the water.
Final processing done with filtering and doge en burn tool.

I just wanted to answer your question Stephen.

They are two photos. The light I made is with darker and lighter with the Dodge tool and burn. The refection is made with a kopie of de Pelican en transform.
