What I do
This is how I imagine I look when I do my work.
I walk around, framing everything, looking for angles and to an outside observer probably pretty insane.
The mirror reflects the concept that I am reflected in what I do.

super shot ... great colors .. great sharpness .. compliments
linus  Thanks Peter! I think there are two main parts of taking a photo, 1 is concept and 2 is craftsmanship. And I think both are pretty good in this photo. Thanks for confirming that :)

Great procesing. Looks a bit like the Jim Fiscus-technique.
linus  Thank you, Yes I got that comment from a friend as well and I looked him up, and I see the similarities. I have this idea of how I want my images to look, kind of surreal in the true sense of the word; "Over-realistic". Still working towards that goal :)
DeLone  I think it's great too...the hyper realistic look. Dave Hill has got it too and Jill Greenberg has her won style in it. Have you already tried an Unsharp Mask (190 - 100 - 0) in Luminosity and a opacity of 20-30%? Then playing with curves a bit. I think this is a kind of Jim Fiscus-style. Of course you have to work a bit with the Color Balance too.
linus  Yes, giving a picture the right colors is one of the main things regardless of what style you go for. And as long as the light sources have close/the same color, it's easy to get the "natural" with a greycard. But more often than not, I go in and put things straight all around in the picture. Regarding Dave Hill, I like his stuff but more as an extreme, I don't consider his images as "real" in any sense of the word. Super cool images, but "real" would not be my description :)

I really like it ! Great compo and funny self-portrait. I would like to know how to treat my photos like that.
linus  Thanks Josee!
The thing in this picture that required a bit of thought was how to get the house you see in the window to be visible (and not just pure white) and still get the room visible, flash would work, but multi-exposure gave me the precision I needed.
