David has beaten me to it. This is a yellow-billed, or Alpine chough (pronounced 'chuff ') Pyrrhocorax graculus.
Any way its still a member of the crow family !
Loved it in screening...fantastic shot Paolo.

In the UK the crow with red legs is called a chough.
