Just a couple of months ago bought a book of Ansel Adams photographs, and I must say it somehow reminded me of his work. Very well done!
Very cinematic.

The stature of the falls is brilliantly captured and really suits black and white.

if i can add a little quibble, it think light on the rock in the foreground seems a little too bright for the rest of the picture. You could either tweak this or crop it altogether?

I fact any area of this could be cropped and it would still look fantastic.

Great work....my first fav on oneexposure

Hi Duncan. I am not a fan of the slanted horizon (or skewed waterfall) but I just think that what you captured here is outstanding. (That was my comment in screening) Maybe it will "skew" my opinion enough to try it myself sometime. Very nice.

This is one of the most photographed waterfalls in the western US. You did an outstanding job of getting it to look new. This is a great angle and your B&W treatment is absolutely fantastic. Great job. I wish I had taken this photo.

Usually I dont like flare at all but in this image it only makes me feel closer to the scenery.Beautiful, Duncan.
Duncan Kerridge  Thanks John, I was standing right under the falls so it was nearly impossible to keep the lens dry in the spray
John Colbensen  I'm just glad you didn't clone the flares,It became more authentic .And I do understand the spray-problem.I love the seashore and saltwater is not friendly to my gear ;)
