Incredible image...so well seen! Very elemental and poignant. It makes you wonder at the emotions of the person who touched the wall...and the bird as a symbol of release... so much in this photo to think about!
Laurence Garçon  This huge wall (sculpture) in metal is named "promenade" (stroll)...
The artist should rename it "Wall street"...
Thanks for your sensible and kind message Scott.

Perfect, Laurence! Loved this in screening, you really are seeing things...and I love the way you're telling us this! Great work!
take care
Codrin
ps I could imagine the whole scene with people making some instant 'pop art'...:-)
Laurence Garçon  ;-)) So happy that you like it Codrin.
Yes "pop" and ephemeral art as I think that the rain took it away the day after...
Take care too...
This is really good: engaging and cutting edge. You have been able with three simple elements to create a deeply meaningful image.
Laurence Garçon  I'm glad that you liked it...
Thanks Marcello.

Probably the wrong word to use, but, beautiful! Excellent work, Laurence.
Laurence Garçon  There is a funny story behind this photograph... When the crowd in the park saw me doing this photograph with a lot of concentration, many people came suddenly around and start to "print" their hands, their feet, love messages and dedicaces using dust as paint. It was going so crazy there that I left quickly the place... till the security of the park arrived to stop that spontaneous "pop art" celebration ! This hand is the first one "painted"... so, to my eyes, the most authentic one.

Thanks for your visit and comment Ursula.
Ursula I Abresch  That is funny! I hope you didn't start a round of rules and regulations dealing with pop art in France with this :)
