It's a pleasure to have discovered your PF on 1X,
I will come back many times.
(Maybe I should give up my surrealistic PS montages and turn back to the basics???)

Friendly regards, Ben
Ursula I Abresch  Hi, Ben, no, stay with what you do, you do it very well. Thank you for looking and commenting, it's much appreciated.

Superbe image,
Fernand
Ursula I Abresch  Thank you, Fernand!

Inspirational, Ursula. I love that feeling of seeing an image and immediately wanting to pick up my camera and head outside.

Days grow short, and change is eminent,
Night's wind carries dread of cold and smells of death.
And pangs of longing well from within.

Beautiful image Ursula.

Ursula I Abresch  Yeah, you know, almost every evening of every day I get this sadness that just comes over me, when the light is starting to go away and everything is just soooo beautiful, and yet, I don't know why it feels so very heavy always. Strange things. Life is very short.

The blue tones are wonderful, but the interesting curving thing in the background really makes the shot.
Ursula I Abresch  Thank you, Martin! The thing in back is the lip of a glass vase. The dandelion dried, and ended up hanging over the edge.

Ursula, this is such a wonderful image. Not only is it a beautiful still life, very well composed, the curved line leading into the image, the soft light, sharpness on the edge of the vase and flower. But there is much symbolism in it as well, a strong story about life and death, rebirth, new generations, the hope of the future, a positive light. I think I could go on for a long time with this one...
Wonderful work Ursula! Very inspiring!
/Thomas
Ursula I Abresch  Thank you, Thomas. Those were the concepts I was working on while making the image. I'm glad it came through a little. :)

Ursula, you know, I'm not very much into flower photography, but you're capturing their life in your images, in a very special and emotional way. This is no exception, for me it's so much more than just seeds, somehow sad and very beautiful! Love it!
all the best
Codrin
Ursula I Abresch  Life seems to be like that so often. Somehow sad, but oh so very beautiful! Thank you, Codrin.
I love the sense of motion in this, so gentle so still but with a harmonic flow that is really inspirational. The blue tone is adding to the feel. A gentle beauty.
