Ah. Twenty years from now she will still give you this coutenance. The context may change, but its meaning will stay the same. Such strong emotion...likely here and gone in the twinkling of an eye. A gem to be captured, but not held.

Martin and Mal already said it all so well. This is a beautiful portrait full of life and emotions. Love the windy hair and that eye really catches you (even though I feel it is slightly to sharp compared to the rest of the image)! These candide portraits are so hard to catch, the moments flee to easaly. But when they work, they often have that extra emotional feeling and touch. And the feeling you get as a photog, there is not much that can compare to it.
Great work Emily, an image you and your daughter will be proud of for VERY long!
