Traveling Companions

Photographing people photographing each other at tourist destinations is great fun. State of the art dSLR, P&S or cell phone camera, it seems very few people are unhappy or angry as they press the shutter or check the LCD. I like that about photography.

Thanks for the explanatory text accompanying this unusual photo...but what about all that water?! Not a word about that!

I guess this is Niagra Falls, a place I've never been and I don't have a good excuse for not having been there. I like the other images in screening...did any of those make it? I guess I could look.

Did mention that this is a great shot?

Thanks for the great comments! These were at Niagara Falls. I went for the water and when I saw the lighting I knew I would try these as B&W. The Niagara Falls lighting committee is badly in need of a color theory class. After a while the people were just as interesting as the water. The others images did make it through screening which is a first for me, my reject rate here is delightfully high. :)
