I looked at this picture numerous times, and never left any comment..
A visual poem, something happening all in a sudden, and we ask ourself the question .. may be it was a dream..
This image could be in an italian movie from the 60's, but nothing in colour, the B/W goes perfectly and this picture is a storyteller, almost unreal.
storytaylor  thank you so much MMarie, your kind and moving words mean a lot to me. best regards my friend. st.

this image is my first favorite here in 1x.
i am utterly amazed with the heavy load of farewell that this image has. firstly because of the fact that she is in a transporting machine, and secondly because of that melancholic look of your subject that brings your story to me. and that is a great great success.

my complements,
v.
storytaylor  thank you so much for your kind words. they touch my heart. thanks for looking and comment absynthius. best regards. st.

I have returned again and again to this image. The longing, the sadness in those eyes haunt me. I want to know her story but if I learn it, my heart will break. This is what photography is, and should be.

storytaylor  Bill, it´s a long story. thank you so much for your encouragement and kind words.

This is a story in a single frame. There is a 60s James Bond girl look to it. Looking back, longingly as she leaves. It's lovely.
storytaylor  Thank you so much MPaulison. That´s it. was a moment, a glimpse.
Best regards

Taylor,
I can hear Brenda Lee singing "End of the World" playing on the car radio..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pz_pySu99AA&feature=related
...wonderful image, wonderful story. I visual narrative that pulls the viewer into this romantic 1960's world of first loves. I would like to know the story behind how you captured this..Was it planned?.It feels so in the moment, spontaneous ,unrehearsed like a true story. It it just perfect in every way.

storytaylor  Love the way you see this picture.
Was a lucky moment,
Stealthily I looked inside the car and in a glimpse I find a gorgeous face behind the tree shadows.
It make my day, especially her eyes trying to say something to me.
I will never know...
Thanks for sharing with me the music and words. they really are important to me.
Best regards

how utterly beautiful. as if she was in focus a split second before this, but put the car in reverse, and now drives out of the viewer's life, and focus, leaving us behind with that love-hurt stare. feels so cinematographic, for which I always have a weak spot. Congrats for this. A pleasure viewing
storytaylor  Thank you so much for the comment,
The visual pleasure of the photograph can be shared by many...
She hooked me, as a model and trying to capture a moment.

Strong story with a wonderful mood. Love the blurred and out of focus effect, it really enforced the story.
storytaylor  Thank you so much Eddie for the comment and to add my photo to your favorites.

story i have to admit i got this 180 out i wasn't sure the blurred effect worked though looking again i can now see the "mood" the camera movement out of focus effect emphasises the emotion in this. well it just shows sometimes it needs more than one look to see something!
storytaylor  Yes GS that´s true...! Thank you so much for your comment
