Wonderful flow in this image, both the dancers movement, but also in the nice composition in the picture. I like how brown toned parts balance each other. The blues are wonderful. The spotlighted blurred parts are like an extension of the blue fabric.

I am willing to bet that this performance is more magical captured like this than seen on stage.

I think of it as a collaboration by all involved to create a special performance for the still camera. Although everyone in the studio can see the what's going on, the final "performance" awaits the return of the film from the lab.
