agree having seen two from this location it works best though i keep checking if i need new glasses. did you use a tripod as it is still a bit soft.
Brent Mooers  I think you are seeing the softness of diffraction caused by such a small aperture.
I had no ND filter with me, so I had to use f/22 and ISO 100 to slow the shutter enough to get some movement in the waves.

Nice mood, best of your compositions of this location, and I like the way the highlights are purely in the wave crests.
Brent Mooers  Thanks a lot. Really do appreciate the comments. It means a lot.
John Leech  I'm getting a bit blurred on the critique conversations, but is this a reshoot, or did you have it up your sleeve all the time? If a reshoot, then it shows this critique process is working, though the quality of your work suggests it was up your sleeve!
Brent Mooers  It was up my sleeve. I spent an hour at the site and shot about 50-80 frames. It takes me a while to decide which ones are worth while, and I often get it wrong!

this I very much like. Wonderful dark moody atmosphere, perfect shutter speed for that silky sea. Great stuff. mal
