Great image again Keith, this one is even more powerful! The sense of force is incredible! Wonderful composition!

On the technical side, on my screen there is a strange square pattern in the wave foam (in the part with most detail, above the railing). I don't know what it is, could it be a sharpening artifact? You might want to see if you can do something about it.

Mamma mia! Looks unreal. Great contrast too and I think that the oversharpening, if exists, helps the image as well.
