la reflexion est telle, qu'on a l'impression que le monorail se comprime comme un soufflet... d'accordéon.. tres bien vu..
Ursula I Abresch  Yeah, I thought of an accordion also :) Thank you, flo.

Contrast and compare :) This is an excellent idea!
Ursula I Abresch  That sounds like the beginning of an essay assignment, "Compare and contrast modern means of transportation such as monorails or hitch-hiking, with older methods such as buggies or sandals." Thank you, Martin :)
Martin Gremm  Oh no! Not essay assignments! I hope that didn't bring back painful memories :)
Ursula I Abresch  Oh no, not at all. I was the one giving them out :)

this is all about seeing be aware of what is going on around you. my motto is why walk around looking at your feet they don't need looking after contrary to the beach boys. this is made by the mid point division & the lights & darks make this a really dynamic dramatic shot. well seen indeed.
Ursula I Abresch  Thank you! I made this image the first day I was in Seattle, and I went back the next day in the evening and sat there for about 1 1/2 hours and just watched the train go in and out of that tunnel. Funny thing was, pretty soon I had a sort of audience, other people looking at what I was looking at, and taking pictures of the same scene. And one group of people, who were speaking in Spanish and didn't realize Spanish is my childhood language (I don't look "spanish"), were talking about, "Ella es una profesional" ("She is a professional"). They said it with such certainty, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I just sat there and had a ton of fun watching the goings on!
