This I really like. Nice to see someone take the chance on not pushing the tones up. There is an elegance to this that would have been totally lost at a higher contrast. Well done.

Stefan Hellkvist Thanks for your comment. It further strengthens my belief in the choice of exposure and contrast in this image (as I was a bit doubtful before). I suppose it is difficult with images like these that balance on the edge to darkness as, when displayed in digital form like this, people's screens vary in intensity and contrast.

Stefan Hellkvist Thank you Anna. I agree. For me it is the reflections in the water that makes this photo. Had lots of feedback saying that the photo is too dark though. I wanted it this way as it was closest to the mood I was feeling at the time, but I'm becoming unsure after all the feedback.

Ulf Börjesson Don't worry about that silly feedback. The light is magnificent! Besides, you must always trust your instinct. So if this is how you felt at the moment - well, then this is how it should look :)
