Documentary photograph. DJ live concert (20 000 participants). During a "techtonik dance battle", intrusion of an old man (also dancing)inside the circle of the challenge. Surprise of the young dancers...

apart from the expressions of the two main protagonists, I love that arm/hand with the cig creeping in the picture and the gesture it seems to be making (allthough it could just as well be someone just dancing)

Laurence Garçon Koen, that gesture (on the right) is really a part of the composition of the photograph and means a lot as those young guys were so surprised to see this old man dancing and a bit "afraid" somehow... This man was just like "lost in another world" (in many ways). Thanks a lot for your visit and your comment ;-)

A favourite from screening, it is so real, a brilliant shot...the perfect moment you've captured here, so strong delimited actions, almost everybody in the background didn't care about this, but those protagonists...excellent work, Laurence! Congrats! I love it!
