What shall I write Daria? Can I say something so many haven't said before. The irony is that I saw it too late, I can't even add it to my favourites. The beauty of this picture is such. A butterfly lost in a garden of thorns. How fragile, how beautiful and how vulnerable......

Daria - Never question yourself as an artist. I kept coming back to this photgraph and poem over and over again. The image and the words stirred something deep within me, and it's relevant to something in my personal life at this moment. If that is not art, then what is? You are an amazing artist. As Mark and Sarthak wrote, I am both drawn and disturbed by the image... and this is before I saw the scar (made more discreet by the cropping on the front page). One of those rare moments when an image captivates me for reasons I cannot explain.

My hairs stand up when i see this picture and read the text. So tuching. So powerfull and emotional. The picture speaks for them self. Tears running down! Yes not only you! The life, at simple as it is is worth to live. A friend worth more than everything. So much you put in this picture! Great!

Damn, Daria! Two things.
Firstly: Wonderful, strong picture with loads of feel. Very personal and yet easy to relate to.. Editing really brings this story to life.
Secondly: You ruined it for me! :) That´s one of my all time favourite songs. Everytime I hear it I get the chills and feel like crying.. I´ve been trying to make up a story or an idea for a picture to quote this song.. There´s no use for me to do that anymore :) Not that I could match your touching work anyway..
Wonderful job Daria! And I hope the lights guide you home and ignited your bones and you´re feeling better.
