Gone but not without hope for a different lake. We all are spinning, like the earth rotates, but trying to plant out feet in the earth as the trees have their roots buried. You provide us with a wonderful picture that is very emotive, and as the season changes we will pray for new leaves., If that is not meant to be, then we will look for a new off shoot from the seeds of the old and tired giving us a new lake , life and day. Codrin, I love your picture, first it is a superb b&w picture and nice framing, and second, and it is the most important for me: you make a strong picture with few éléments: it is simple but elaborated together, and you got beauty without nothing: a tree and croce and a bird.. just nothing..

Codrin, great mood and superb compo with this bird going away inconspicuously in silence, evoking the liberty in contrast with the cross evoking something far from liberty... or perhaps another liberty far from all worries on this earth. Everyone can imagine...

Beautiful, Codrin. A sad but not bitter image....more of an understanding between subject, photographer and viewer; "it is what it is".
