Another Day in Paradise

This is a self portrait I did a few months back. I had the idea and decided one morning, to just go for it. I was quite pleased with the results. I had to find a cigarette (no one in my house smokes) and dig out the old hair curlers.

Judy W  HAHA - thanks Anna. I had this image in my head for a long time before I actually did it. I had to find a cigarette, get the hair in curlers and have the set up just right (which I usually hate doing) but it worked. I laugh at myself, every time I see it. All the best!!!
Anna Lepke  Getting those thing in your hair is quite difficult. I'm so glad that I don't have do do this every day. Your picture give me that old feel, I can see my childhood-neighbor, ... actually there was not only one who looked like that.

(I didn't have as much fun as you doing mine, ... but that's another story.) ;)
Judy W  Ha ha- hot rollers are pretty easy to put in. It's the other kind that are tough. I had fun that day. ;~)

Judy W  HA - my 12 year old loves the mac and cheese out of the box better than homemade. Go figure.
Ursula I Abresch  Oooops! My 13 year old hates it, she won't eat it (if I ever dare to make it). I'm good at white sauces, so I make my own.
