I think i have to say that this is not altered in ps to get motion, it was there already, but i have increased saturation and contrast to make it appear more clearly. I see your point, so i have asked the screeners to include the same info below the picture.

Lovely colors,structure and light. The red/orange color is giving the photo a bit of a motion. I like that!
