It's not often that I point a lens at people in the street but I spent some time in Shibuya photographing passers by. I thought that I was invisable but this gentleman had spotted me with the lens trained at him, he doffed his hat and carried on as if nothing had happened.

He is lovely:) his expression is great! I do not have any critique on this picture, except I think the highlights in his hair burns out. Beautifull picture.

What a beautiful image, Mal! From my point of view, what I really like here is the contrast between everything on this man, including his expression and even the nails on his fingers and the hairs on his arm, being so crisp and clean, whereas the surroundings are all soft and fuzzy. Makes for a very interesting picture.

It always amazes me when you think you are well concealed and then someone busts you. Yet sometimes those are the shots to really savor, and this is one of those images, that brief moment in time that you connect with someone and it is captured forever. A perfect tribute.
