Hello, I am Jan Gravekamp, born in 1960 in the Netherlands. I have done some photography in the past and rediscovered photograpy about a year ago. I have bought myself a Nikon 300D last year November and now developing myself by looking at pictures from others and reading about photography. Over the last months I have found that lines, architecture, streetlife, urban and landscapes have my interest. I try to reflect that in my pictures. I have recently made an upgrade to the Nikon D700 including lenses.

I think this site is very interesting from many points of view. The fact that all pictures are subject to a screening process from the members make the moment that a picture is published very rewarding.\
