i work with a rotating screen. the dell wa2209

when i rotate it photshop does not recognize the full screen in portrait mode.
it just used HALF of it!

by the way lightroom does not have that problem. lightroom does it ok. used the whole screen
i tried looking for help in the net but i guess i am writing the question wrong in search engines... if anyone has an idea how to run a search that would also help. thanks, all the result i get is how to rotate an IMAGE and not regarding the screen
i ran:"cs4 screen rotation problem"......... did not find anything good

I dunno if this helps but I suspect a hardware/driver error or a compatibility issue (haven't got a rotating screen myself, so I could be wrong).
